How do I achieve Vitality, Longevity and Healthy Ageing?
As practitioners we have received extensive training in maximizing healthy ageing and improving vitality, which helps you, the client, achieve your goals. We use a scientifically validated test known as Biological Impedance Analysis (BIA), which assists us to design a program specifically for your needs. Nutritional recommendations, exercise and dietary guidance, together with a Weight Management Program (if required) will be provided, giving the body the building blocks for maximum health and energy.
What is Bioimpedance Analysis (BIA)?
BIA is a science that was originally developed for monitoring patients after surgery in a hospital setting. The BIA leads are connected to the client’s hands and feet and pass a low voltage electrical current through the body. This is safe and painless, and provides insight into aspects of your health. It provides information concerning how much fat and muscle are in the body. It also helps to monitor cellular health and energy levels.

What will I receive?
Your practitioner will assess your health, perform a quick BIA Test and then design a strategy to improve key areas. During the Consultation the practitioner may suggest certain additional Wholefood Concentrates (duplicating nature), if it is felt that the individual’s body is deficient in certain areas.
